Hubbardston Apple
Hubbardston Nonesuch is a Massachusetts apple from the early 1800s. Large and handsomely striped red over yellow, it has tender, juicy, sweet flesh that made it a popular dessert apple of New England before refrigeration favoured firmer keepers.
